As a Courier at The Amazing Shop Singapore, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers across our service areas. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps and follow designated delivery routes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deliveries.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
A professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to lift parcels and handle deliveries safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of the local area or delivery region is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver Parcels to customers promptly, ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with company policies and delivery routes.
Ensure Safe Handling of parcels during transportation to prevent any damage or loss.
Maintain Accurate Delivery Records, including delivery times, addresses, and any special instructions.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
Inspect and Maintain Your Vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and ready for each delivery.
Follow Traffic and Safety Laws to ensure deliveries are made safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with Logistics and Operations Teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, adjusting routes as needed.
Report any Delivery Issues such as damaged items or delays to the relevant teams for immediate resolution.
